To use the term success by maximizing the project performance, clear scope management, strengthening the maturity of the performing organization, Project portfolio management linked with corporate strategy must be effectively executed and effective. It defines as a type of PMO, the company performing the project trains its execution personnel according to the competence of the project management department, and the company may have a quality process methodology to perform. Also Defining scope is a process activity that define project requirements. This report analyzes the functions and roles of PMOs in influencing performance from a scope management perspective. In particular, we compared the cases in which manual management methods and methods of using tools effectively affect the success of a requirements management implementation, from requirements collection to definition and analysis specification activities and validation. Schedule, cost quality and functionality should be added to Application Lifecycle Management(ALM) from a holistic project management perspective, coordinated in this report, from a holistic project management perspective, with scopes built into WBS and coordinated in this report.
